Consulting Case Frameworks

Introduction

By this point you should have solved at least a few cases of each type, with a wide range of people. If you have not yet, I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this section until you have solved a few cases of each type. The reason I would recommend this is that having a framework set of your own often inhibits your ability to be creative. Once you have a set of frameworks of you own, you are less likely to explore, because your thinking has been formed around solving with these frameworks. And they might work, as per your understanding of the problem too. However, some problems require at least rephrasing of structures to better fit the context. Of course there are also situations which are new, and require you to apply first principles (picked up from the foundations section) to create a brand new structure.
While these frameworks can be rehashed, edited and used, I would recommend that you start with the frameworks that you have created, used and are comfortable with as a base. Then add some of these, and any other frameworks that you come across to your repository, until you are satisfied with your arsenal. The goal isn’t to have every possible framework together, because I doubt that's possible. The goal is to have a repository of commonly useful frameworks, so that you aren't reinventing the wheel too often.
